FAQ

• Do you have a minimum for screen printing?
  • Yes. For anything that we screen print, we require a 12/piece order minimum.
    This requires you to get the same logo with the same color scheme on at
    least 12 items.
• If I bring in blank shirts or uniforms will you print them?
  • Yes, but understand if there is a mess up, we can NOT replace these items.
• Do you have a minimum on embroidery?
  • No, we do not have a minimum on embroidery. However, individual orders
    tend to take longer than team orders, as set up is more time consuming.
• What is the turnaround time on an order?
  • If the items are stock items, generally the turnaround time is about 2 weeks.
    This time frame is subject to change during peak ordering seasons. On
    custom orders, the average turnaround time is about 8 weeks.
• Do we have to use a logo on file or can we choose our own?
  • We can match most logos. If you have a logo you want us to create, we can
    create it. All new logos are subject to an art fee.($15) This is a one-time only
    fee for the creation of the art work.
• Do I have to pay up front for an order?
  • We do not require you to pay in full up front for an order. However, we do
    require you to pay 1/2 down on the total, and the rest must be paid upon pick
    up of the completed order.
